How to Order

• Electronically, through Optomarket.gr: Find the products you are interested in through the search or from the list, click "Add to cart" and these will be added to your online "cart". When you have finished adding products, click on the "Complete Purchases" link and follow the instructions until you have successfully completed your purchase.
• By phone: You can place your order by phone at (+30) 231 043 9440, from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Payment methods

• Pay on delivery: The products come through a courier company and you pay the price at the time of receipt. Note, cash on delivery is only offered for purchases within Greece and is free for all our products.
• Debit or Credit Card: You can pay for your order either with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express cards or with Masterpass. Payments in up to three interest-free installments are possible using a credit card.

Shipping methods

• Greece: We send your order all over Greece with courier companies and free shipping. The delivery time of the products in your place is about 1 to 3 days and depends on your area.
• Cyprus: For shipments to Cyprus, we use courier companies and free shipping for orders over 150 €. For orders under 150 € the shipping costs are 15 €. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the stage of order completion, after entering your address.
